'broke' figures

Post by Sundance »

i managed to locate my Joe and AF figures in the loft. The Crimson Gaurd twins, V1 Snake Eyes (AKA AF Stalker), Quarrel and Serpentor are in bits. their legs and torsos have parted company. Does anyone know how I might repair them?

Tomax and Xamot appear to have suffered breaks to the hook that holds the two pieces together, while Stalker's, Quarrel's and Serpentor's are intact.

You can get a bag of "O" rings through ebay easily enough, wouldn't know what toadvise with the broken hooks though, probably a transplant from a busted figure.

O-rings can be bought at a most DIYs or plumbershops. The metal hooks can be salvaged from worn Joes or Corps figures.

You might also try Corey's shop: http://www.smalljoes.com/supplies-oring.shtml
