Blood for the Baron!

Hello,

I have been working my way through the comics on the site and have yet to come across a single Skeletron.

Did they ever make an appearance in the comic, and if so which one?

I am curious as I am painting some up in 28mm and fancy seeing the "source" for them to work out a few scenarios to play with them in.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks for the answer. I was beginning to suspect that might be the case as I never remembered them in the comic from reading them all first time round, and I never had the figure as a kid either.

So where did the Skeletrons come from?

Was it just one of those random products that never really should have been, or was it from another line which got added to the Red Shadows?

My curiosity if piqued now…….

well personally I hate that and the Kraken so I think BOTH should have never happend LOL

The Skeletron was not available in the shops, you had to collect five tokens from the figure cardbacks and send away for a free one.

Thanks for the info; I guess I really should have read the skeletron page more closely!

I think it is a bit strange that they do a custom figure for what I suspect would have been a fairly limited run, but who am I to comment.

I am a bit disappointed they never made it into print, even if only for promotional reasons. I really want to do a spot of gaming based on the comics and have a squad of 10 skeletrons underway at the moment. I guess I will just have to be a bit more creative in coming up with scenarios to use them in….

I was going to ask this very same question. Ive got a custom of skeletron im working on but hes not a robot guy, just a bit robot... He might be accepted more by Jamar that way...

Really if The Skeletron would ever appear in a comic I'd Pitch them against Space Force , I reckon that would make a good story ..
