Blood for the Baron!

Long shot, but does anyone know what this is off ?
Not Action Force , looks like a movie camera and the base clips onto something ?

Don't know what it's from but I do think it would be usefull in Dioramas
cheap bump for somebody else to look and maybe identify it.

Looks to me like it would almost clip to the top of that TV truck?

These aren`t really the same scale as A.F
I`ll dig them out again and take a pic with a figure for scale.
