I finally stumped up the cash to buy Jonathan Bow's shop display banner from him today.
It's the cardboard piece that used to sit on top of the carousel that had all the figures hanging on.
I put it in a nice frame.
My better half says that its 'a step too far'.
She thinks hanging pictures up on the wall isn't cool [????] I think she's
secretly worried that I'll want to take it out of my display room and hang it above the fireplace....

I think it would look lovely above the fireplace! With perhaps a selection of figures arranged in an action scene on the mantlepiece???
Or at least you could threaten that, as a means to getting her to cut you a little slack about it being in the display room?
I'm about to have similar discussions - I have some signed replica wrestling belts (what can I say - I'm a big kid/geek on several levels!) that I'm planning on having professionally framed. They are intended for hanging on wall of a display room when I move in with the other half, but there have already been suggestions that they may not be welcome, and should perhaps be hung on my office wall at work instead! Let battle commence!!! (he says already planning where they will go on the office wall at work!)
Joking aside I think it looks ace mate. Leave it where it is!

I think it will burn fantasticly
in the fire place!
I love collecting, but for me this is a level too deep.

Bah, I had my eye on that myself!
I agree with your girlfriend, I'll take it to help keep the peace in your household.

Nice store display sign and display case.
Those are great looking vintage Star Wars customs you have.
