Blood for the Baron!

Can anyone comfirm if there were 2 different designs for the Skystriker parachute.
I`ve 2 here that are green and came from seperate sources.
I`m sure that it is supposed to have the eagle on, the same design as on the tail fin.

I've not seen one, but for some reason I also recall them having the tailfin logo. The ones on yojoe look to be blue, but thay are bunched up. I do know that they are extremely hard to find.

It could be they're from a variant? I know of the black Night Boomer, there are also the Brazilian and Indian releases which often differ.

Whever it was another toy line about at the same time, I don`t know, but its just a bit wierd to have two of the same type from different ends of the country.

It's ringing a vague bell - I think it may have come with a moulded figure that included his own baseplate... britains, maybe?

Could that figure have been green too?
Released about the same time as Action Force.

Oh don't quote me, I'm thinking like a box or tub of 50 static figures, yes all green including faces.

I think Britain's reference is right. It was attached to a 'box' that carried either arty or an APC. Maybe it was even Matchbox.

Verdammte, hat-tip to Eisenblütisch. I now think the "carrier" might have had more than one vehicle. Whatever, they were both very green and stank of plastic forever.

If you check out this auction, there is a parachute included with the aircraft
but looks to be green too.
