Nope, all of those photos are of unreleased prototypes. Note the Deep Sea Diver has a silver window to his helmet, US Para has a bent arm and enormous gun, there's loads of differences if you study them carefully.

Or, if you look closely, it’s a Star Wars figure with modifications. I believe either Luke or Han in Hoth gear.
