Seems the Black Major has a thing for the country of Olliestan. (Think "Pakistan") He's still overseeing the production of robots and giant mech there, despite the last disaster (which resulted in Snake-Eyes' death). He shows up to thwart Bombstrike's investigation into what is going on in the supposedly "deserted" base. She takes out a few Red Shadows (who talk in British slang), but the Black Major gets the upper hand and knocks her out. He promises to get information out of her later, so this probably means that he and his minions will return for the next issue! I like it!
