Blood for the Baron!

I voted Red Laser, simply because I scratched of his eyes and Enemy logo, gave him Superman's cape (again minus logo) and the Cobra trooper's sniper rifle and ... viola he became Phantom an old Etonian playboy/gentleman officer turned hitman for hire.

figure wise I agree Red Laser was the best, but character wise he was slightly behind the Black Major

Even with the old-school Star Wars articulation, I always loved my Black Major figure. I saw Red laser as just a repainted Cobra Commander.

Character wise I'd have gone with the Black Major, but figure wise if I saw an Army of Shads coming at me it would scare the Hell outta me.

Mine is still the Black Major. He was my first Action Force figure and to this day is still the coolest. I was never truly happy with the bio BAF gave him, the aristocratic criminal type. I always saw him as a career soldier, a Royal Marines Commando without a doubt, but not a criminal. Plus the name John Shepherd was only given to protect his family name according to the story, yet later on somehow became his real name?
