Blood for the Baron!

With 2015 just around the corner and 2014 flying by how have you guys got in with your collections this year?
I have almost completed my loose German collection and upgraded a fair few of my Picture boxes as well as adding to my MOC AF figures.
I'm hoping the new year will turn up the last couple of Germans I'm after and that illusive Boat patrol that keeps laughing at me.

I have nearly completed my Convention sets and bought some HTF figures and vehicles. I think 2015 will be a very slow year for me, probably sell off some items to persue other hobbies. However I think it was what I said same time last year and look how that ended

I nearly started a thread about this very subject.

Targets hit:
I finally got a short boot minesweeper and a Type 2 Medic, both hard to find.

I identified half a dozen new variants... which ultimately just created more targets for me!

I finally got a display case and stands so that the collection now has somewhere to be, other than in boxes.
This, of course, now means Mrs Hopper can play all sorts of 'hilarious' games with them. Games such as 'Find the Baron Ironblood', 'Whose guns have I changed round today?' the old standby 'how many days will it be before he notices that I have moved some of them'. And not forgetting the always side-splitting 'I think I heard a rattle as I hoovered near the display - are you sure that they all have their equipment? Even the Commander chap there? His gun is quite tiny..."
Oh how I laughed.
Anyway, I digress!

And I also have finally started my German collection. 1 down, 25 to go. If anyone has any loose spares, PM me!

Targets for next year:
Continue the same!
I am determined to get a few HTF figures - German Stormtrooper with the helmet decals, a decent Blades, etc. As well as getting a Z Force Base!
And to continue the German figures.

2014 is my first year collecting MOC AF, it began around April and I've amassed quite a collection already.. With only the following required to complete the full 3 series and Germans too;

So in the unlikely event of getting the above before the New Year these are my 2015 aims along with full French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish versions too, oh and throw in some variants and miscarded too!

Well, Having purged myself massively (about half my collection). I've spent the last few months buying a fair few Hottoys and sideshow figures. With a bit of luck this time next year I'll be in a new house with my own room so a nice collection shot will finally be on the cards! I'm sure there's a few items i'll be re-buying too!

2014's highlight was finding the pilot torso .

For 2015 a variant figures I'd like to find are the smooth legs , short booted & the later (rounded hands) version of .

Some VAM targets hit, underground rescue, Brit Infantry and last issue crash crew. Some German MOC as well

For 2015, more German MOC and loose and the last few VAM peices I need. Not much really!!

I hit the big one, no more loose figures to get. I really haven't bought much this year and will be pretty unlikely to get much next year. Just the odd stray.

As for VAM, I've called it at 36 figures - the Dirty Dozen. They were just getting too much to display. Although I am still keen to get a Scorpion.

All quiet on the western front.......

I have just this minute nabbed a picture box Attack Cannon which has been eluding me for sometime. So this still comes in on 2014, an early xmas pressie for me.
