Z Force Vamp - Real World Situation

Remember Meertoh's excellent
custom of the Vamp?

Well, took me a while to figure this out. The British Army now has a few Panther (hmm...
sounds familiar?) CLVs manufactured by Iveco.
This LMV chassis is a big earner for Iveco. The Italian Army uses the basic version as the Lince (Lynx), many other European armies are using different variants, different modular armour configurations etc.
But, on the shelf, you can buy another version, the SF LMV. If I had access to Jane's 1k per annum dbases it would be easy to find the marketing picture set, but you'll have to settle for these:
and a bit clearer

So, you could basically make a 1:1 scale
Vamp custom if you wanted to ...
Still can't remember the origins of the
Attack Cannon, think it was Finmeccanica in the 80s rather than Rheinmetall or Oerlikon, but would need to go into a library with old copies of Jane's Land Army volumes as would appear to be out of production the last twenty years.
Anyway, back to Saturday afternoon it is then.
