Since it looks like you could kick the living sh*t out of every one of us, I suspect the correct answer is 'No, not at all you haven't taken anything too far' **backing up to the door clenching butt cheeks together**
On a serious note, great stuff dude! Running a business can be like wading through treacle in my experience, so go for it Tiger! There will be a waiting list for your classes before you know it

Thanks for the encouragment guys. The school is to compliment my Personal Training business.
I used to teach for a guy in Knaresborough for 5 years, originally brought in to take over from his dad as Partner. Then in November got a long winded email explaining how my being self employed didn't tie in his plans for the school, so let me go, and built a "team of instructors" form very below average black belt kids who he's not paying. Hmmm....
So my wife suggested I start my own school. It's been a long time coming to be honest
