SOOO been a rough couple of months, sorry but that made my Scale Wars updates pretty paratic.

First up notice on the pages that I have a new Facebook Page for Scale Wars, "Like" it in order to get updates, reviews, or just because you like it ;-).

More on what had been delaying Scale Wars below.

In this exciting episode:

Annoymos Sucks

Batman is Peeved.

Deadpool goes on another trip.

The Iron Man army.

And the ever popular much, much more.

So what has been holding things up is I have been working diligently on an honest to goodness published work. The plan is to have a series of Novels set in the old west about a group of people who band together to combat evil horrors (ie Vampires, Werewolves, and things that go bump in the night).

The status on the novel is it's submitted and waiting approval. But I am jumping the gun a bit and getting information out there with what I am calling "the beta site" since I am not finalized on the design of the site. Once I figure it all out I will probably give it it's own URL. For now it's a sub site to Scale Wars.

The Site contains character profiles, some short stories introducing the characters and other previews and such. Content is still being uploaded so bare with me on it but I though it might be time to unveil the reason behind scale wars apparent delays.

Also, don't forget to "like" on facebook for more updates as they happen, or if you just like it ,-). Link to FB page are also at the top of each page of SW this month.

And my photoshopped cover (totally not the real cover BTW, that has yet to be designed).

Hope everyone enjoys everything

Good luck with the novel!

Scale Wars should be novelised or similarly rendered in print.

:quick:

Thanks guys

I have thought of some book form for SW, Apparently you can get away with it (I found a book recently that had pics of toys from the modern era and wasn't a refference book, just a coffee table type thing, crossed tons of lines from as far back as the 50's, cool book).

Been a very long time since I completed the last issue, I know. Computer problems, some personal tragedy (I lost my dog of 14 years) and some personal upheavals have made updates pretty sparse on the old scale wars site. But now the bumps have been gotten over and another issue is in the can. Antron's master plan to snag alternate reality versons of Iron Man is in full swing and the heroes face one of their own in a larger (mostly) scale. But a surprise guest star makes things very interesting.

In this issue:

Late night infomercials break into 1:18th town.

Hulk gets wussed.

The Iron Man army throws it's weight around.

Mistaken identity permeates the land.

And the ever popular much, much more.

Enjoy

I don't know where is "foolish heroics" from, but it reminded me to "such heroic nonsense"
Was :roadblock: 's identity changed (or at least fused) by the rule of funny?
Heh, :qk: compared to Shang-Chi, who was his master in the UK version. Speaking of which, maybe the Shang-Chi + Midnight = :snakes2: + :storm: is more than coincidence; after all, :cobra: in general is based on HYDRA, :baroness: is based on Viper, etc.
Technically SW Iron Man doesn't have the same merits because he's Rhodey.
Bruce Willis (I guess he's used as the actor rather than the character) is trapped by his own logic!
Rhodey stealing his thunder? He's stealing Cap's whole outfit!

I actually got the TF movie mixed up with one of the episodes on that one, someone pointed it out on the Facebook page and I was like "Opps" I could go back and correct it but People seemed to have caught it anyway, sides, Rhodey has much on his mind.

Kind of, sort of. I haven't seen the movie yet but I am figureing Rock will be a different character anyway.

I was thinking so, it actually reads like SE and SS when I discovered it (NOTE: I am just now getting into Shang-Chi, one of those characters I had in other appearances but never paid attention to before. When I read his origin on the Wiki I was like WTF? Midnight does become The Midnight Sun who, when I first saw him, thought was a rip off of Snake Eyes with a hat and disks on his hands).

Don't forget Tony did wear that suit as well ;-)

Yeah, so many were talking about this fig being a John McClaine fig I just went another direction. PS that joke is a reference to something Kevin Smith talked about in relation to Directing Willis in Cop Out when Smith wanted to deliver a line like David Addison (of Moonlighting).

Yep LOL
