Anybody else notice that there are 2 or 3 sellers that week after week put on a listing with photo's and details to follow but these never materialise? Anybody got a clue whats going on?

I used to see a lot more when it was free listings day which I could understand as they might want to add details when they get chance but now I see them all the time, no idea why tbh.

Yeah I've noticed that. I wonder if it's some sort of strange Power Seller tool that someone doesn't know how to work properly?

I think.... It has something to do with free listings, you could do a free listing this weekend then in the week revise the listing to add a product then!

I could understand the free listing thing and I think thats when they do it but they never seem to revise later on. Maybe just a bit strange?

They may do it as you say with the free listing weekend but when they fail to list and it ends if they relist they then can do it again giving them an extra 10 days or however long they have put it on for to edit the listing and sell it as they will get their listing fees back if it sells,

If you think that's bad I saw a listing on Amazon for a Transformer but the pic was a tin of cat food! I guess it's pot luck if you get a tin of whiskers or the transformer.

Gavin does it often. I just bookmark one and go back from time to time. Got some goodies of him doing it that way as the listings are usually short.
