Bring me the head of Greendeezel

So the other day I was happily surfing through eBay when my coffee came out through my nostrils.
Look at this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... &rd=1&rd=1
I contacted the little f*ck directly, here is a record of the conversation:
Bloodforthebaron:
Whoo must've cost you a fortune to download my scans.
BLOOD FOR THE BARON!!!
Greendeezel:
You have confused me! I've been collecting Transformers & Action Force for 20 years now.
Bloodforthebaron:
Right then,
You went to my website http://www.bloodforthebaron.com, downloaded my scans for free and are now selling them on ebay. It's very cheeky, I spent a lot of time and effort creating my website.
More importantly, the only reason I am allowed to host scans online is that my site is non-profit based. For you to sell my work is actually violating copyright and jeopardising my agreement with Rebellion.
Please remove your auction, I scanned my comics to share with fans for free and you are ripping them off. I can see from your feedback that lcjengineeringproducts thought you were selling the actual comics.
Greendeezel:
Hello,
I have not downloaded anything. I didn't even try to do so. So i have not compromised any copyright etc... I really don't know what you are taking about, so please get off my case!
I merely direct people to your site. I do inform them that they are not bidding for physical copies. So if they purchase, they know what to expect.
I understand your frustration, but honestly, i have not downloaded anything! I have tried and i can't gain access, so believe me i would love to because i am a HUGE fan!!!
Out of curiousity, i noticed one of the links are for the actual figures. Do you sale them?
Bloodforthebaron:
You're SELLING a hyperlink to my free website?? And you don't think that's taking the p*ss?
F*ck off!
Jim
And so I have done this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... &rd=1&rd=1
I have also been in contact with his victims to extend my apologies and invite them to join the fourm. eBay have refused to intervene as I am not the original copyright holder.
Please, everyone, bid and leave him negative feedback. If anyone has bid on any of his items, can I have his address please?
