European exclusives Ton-Up

Hi there, I thought with my recent purchase MiB of Af Sea lion and Dolphin and Triad fighter and Moon Dancer that i'd completed my Exclusive repaints collection (excluding Jammer and Gaucho which i'm working on getting as you read).
However i was wrong when i discovered the fantastic Green version of the wolverine and ton-up.
Anyway can any of you guys tell me a little more about this figure as i don't even remember it from toy shops in the eighties (possibly because i already had the SAS wolverine and my mum would'nt consider buying me the same toy twice).
I think the figure is a version of the Joe figure Rock n Roll but how different is the paint job and what acessories did he come with.
I guess what i really want to know is can i use my spare rock n roll as ton up so i can add him to my British original team set-up.
Hope some-one can help.
p.s any chance of a picture of said charecter as i can-not find one on any site.
Thanks and a belated Happy new year to every-one.

Wow
I never knew that version existed. Now i need to keep an eye out for another thing I can not find. Pretty cool.

Hi, exactly what i was looking for, and looks like a straight swop for a joe rock n roll will do to complete the 'exclusives set'.
Steeler, i don't know if this helps but browsing e-bay i found this guys shop. Joes u.k. (think he uses the name landos lego city as well) and found him selling one loose for ?34.99.
A little rich for my tastes for a loose vehicle but maybe worth your while if you have the cash.
He also has a Gaucho figure fo ?60.00 if any ones looking.

I believe that landoslegocity is one of the best sellers on eBay. Already bought quite some items from this seller. Not always the cheapest in town, but definately reliable and certainly value for money!

Is it the picture, or is that a colour variant?
