Might need to work as a pre-order only though, otherwise she will make patches that she can't sell to anyone else - or a stock with us that can't really sell post event. I think a patch for each show would very, very cool though.

In terms of another comic, I know of one that was being worked on that actually might work better to help introduce new fans to the toyline, any thoughts Space Commander?

Ah, the 21st Century mini-comic project! I've got plenty of mock-ups at the ready. The final art is taking a bit longer... Keep watching the skies!

Now that to me sounds like a very good idea.

Only a few people on the forum actually know about this project. I didn't want to make a formal announcement about it until it's completed, but suffice to say when it is ready I'll post it here with details of what the project means and how it began. I actually wrote the thing sometime before the website was revamped and were revealed to the world...

idea for con exclusive patch:

BFTB logo in centre with Blood Con at the top of the arc, event date at bottom of arc.

assuming we call it 'blood con', of course.

I think "Blood Con" would make the convention a bit confusing. People could think about Youngblood, Mortal Kombat or something else.
Maybe "Action Con" would be better?

This is true, and given that in part there will be ties to both Action Man/ GI Joe and spans two companies in the form of Palitoy and Hasbro, it may need something that covers all bases.

That's just my feeling anyway.

heh, might have worked if the French vesion of Action Man wasn't called Action Joe. Might get a litle confusing again.
