The Arctic guy is a repainted Han Solo in Hoth Gear with extra putty.

The US paratrooper is repainted and resculpted Luke Skywalker in Bespin Fatigues.

Cheers, mate. I'm starting to think that the paratrooper's rifle might even be a leftover from a Transformer or something. It's a bloody big gun! Maybe we could come up with something similar by nicking a Transformer gun or by taking some silver / chrome paint to an Action Man rifle...
