Spot on ed,
He jerked me around so much over the moc medic i felt like an adult movie star. He told me several times he shipped and when i asked for a reciept his camera suddly crapped out. So after months of hounding the guy he just stopped replying and ive still yet to get the moc medic.
Seems bad seller have their trends they come around for a while then jave a big sell off and they disapear only to resell the other bids they never where sold the first time.
Blahhhhh

I'm not the worlds fastest postal worker either, my work interferes a lot with that. As I already committed a wad of cash I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but, I'm not one to let sh*t go either. Fingers crossed he's just hopeless and not a c*nt. DH has first hand experience, so I'll go with that too.

Like I said in my post, took a while but he got there in the end.
Due to the positive feedback i've asked dan to keep a few items for me.
Not sure what to do as I really want the toys and he's doing me a great price.
Have agreed to take things off him every couple of Weeks so might take a chance and if he let's me down that's the deal over.
Did he respond to your message Edward?

Ok, here's an idea. If anyone wants anything, just get him to deliver it to me and I'll send it on. He passes my house pretty much daily I think.

Yes he said he knows he's not perfect. Not much else, at least he knows that people are aware of the shenanigans.

I think im going to change my mind about the guy just being disorganised. I think there is that about it but he tries to lie his way out of problems.
I was given a tracking number 12 days ago and the tracking reference is valid but it hasnt been used yet, he insists that he has written down the number wrong and his girlfriend has thrown away the receipt, sounds plausible but tracking numbers (like a lot of things) have check digits so people cant just make make up random numbers using the correct format.
I think he has probably sold the stuff twice by accident or posted it to the wrong person but what i am almost certain of is that hes taken the tracking number from a roll of yet to be used signed for labels, probably from where he works. Thats the only explanation I can think of as to why the tracking is a valid ref but when using it to track there is no scanning anywhere.
Anyway, writing that was kind of cathartic, wish hed just have been honest about this weeks ago and id have thought better of him. He said he would refund this morning, will give him until tomorrow to sort it. Toying with the idea of posting on his sale thread asking if anyone has bought the same stuff but probably wont. He could have had duplicates of the stuff but doubt he would have had more than one german ironblood knocking around.

Hang fir on the boot, mighty one. Until all the trades are resolved or followed up as BFTB is the only means of contact for some. I also don't want to get too aggressive yet as its still within time frame. After this week his time is up for Aussie freight.

I had the same thought as you TKW about posting in his Sales thread on Bftb and YoJoe to make sure he doesnt screw anybody else with these non-shipping routines. I bought items worth £100 around Dec 17th and I havent seen anything yet, not even a claimed trackingnumber like I paid for. Fortunately I didnt use Gift on Paypal so I should be able to start a claim against him soon.

Well, I won't ban him until everyone has had a chance to claim back their losses. Is anyone else still waiting? If it's any use, his account e-mail is
