Spoken like a true evil genius. Were I wearing red no doubt I'd be sporting an uzi hole or two in my shirt for questioning the Baron in this diorama anyway?

All the best,

If you do, please could you take a separate picture of the reverse of the Boffin figure?

And a picture of his badge please, if possible!

Actually, do you think you could take Andy1672's custom replica and pull a fast switcheroo?

Does that mean I would get the original ?

Sorry Andy, no. The original is the Queens, and always will be. You'd just be borrowing it from her. Indefinitley. Without her knowing. Obviously you'd need to return it if Her Maj ever planned on invading France and needed the Boffin to plan strategy?

Did you get in touch with Lindy Pine? She was a former Palitoy employee who posted on here a year or so ago.
This is a great find, appropriately enough for the 25th anniversary of the greatest Xmas in the history of mankind, warmed up as it was by the birth of the greatest comic of all time and the torrid onset of the

onslaught.
Thought about Lindy straight away: but is this "former executive" the same one that Mr. Actionforcetoys (canßt nicht remember his name at the mo' was it Jonathan Bow? Baroni will know who I´m referring to at least) was in touch with a long, long time ago when this site was but a twinkle in Steve's eye?
If this guy really is Special Weapons then he's probably the cretin responsible for the

attack cannon. Although maybe he's part of a

precursor and just responsible for the piece of lumpen Soviet junk that is the Cosmic Cruiser. Or maybe he was gonna be the nutty professor on board the elusive

space station. There is another pic of it out there somewhere, we all discussed it many moons ago - I think I've got a copy in my container, salvaged from a most obscure northern toyshop when the AF range ceased to be i.e. became ponce-u-lieben. Pretty sure there were some unidentified figures on the pic but it's 20 years since I last saw it.
Regardless, he's got a beard, that's the important thing. Nerd or Geek force here wir kommen.

I'm in contact with several employee's including Lindy, however, as difficult as it is finding former employee's, it's even harder to find the right ones for the toy line - or ones with specific knowledge and memories.
Whilst the discovery of Boffin was overnight here, it's taken over two years of research for me to get that far, so don't expect answers anytime soon, but that does not mean that it's not possible to find them, it just takes a little while - sometimes a loooooooooong while.
Boffin was discovered in a vault of other products, but the owners have no documentation/ information etc. I'm sharing information and documents to help with their own records, but it's like a giant jigsaw and trying to find the right pieces that fit, before time runs out.
That said, there are a few other gems that I know of that can soon be pictured, but all of them are released product prototypes rather than unproduced.

Well that explains it then, the dude got the sack before the teams were launched
