Star Trek vs Star Wars?

Why choose? You can have the best of both worlds.

Ba-dum, tsh.

Here's my 2c on the Star Wars prequels, The Phantom Menace - good (except for the wooden acting), Attack of the Clones - good (same as before), Revenge of the Sith - OK (not good, because I couldn't take my kids to see it, that really blew the big one), The Clone Wars - fantastic (Lucas' redemption). The original Clone wars cartoon - good.

New Clone Wars cartoon is bloody brilliant and really shows how to put a new spin and retain the old magic (except for Jar-jar and really dumb droid's).

Star Trek films? All the even numbers - great, except the last one. We'll see if this new one will be any good, but I'd doubt it.

Star Trek on TV all great except Enterprise, which was just average.

For the record, Good = 6 out of 10, OK = 5 out of 10 and the rest is self explanatory ;)

Probably. ;-)

I wouldn't switch it off if it was on, and I have seen the entire series. But 5/6 out of 10 for me.

it was alright. it got a hell of a lot better in Season 4 when the new writer-producers were brought in and they started trying to do more TOS-tied in episodes and set up the Federation.

Shran was awesome.

pfft, you mean the "battle" of Wolf 359? What was that, exactly? A garbled message from the admiral and the Enterprise arriving to find a sea of wreckage? Just to prove my point, we actually see more of Wolf 359 in the opening ten minutes of DS9 episode 1 than we did in Next Gen. OK, the First Contact battle rocked. But only because of the Defiant.

My best of both worlds joke was excellent. Laugh, you bastards.

I liked Enterprise the series not sure if I want to see the new film it will seem like one big sketch without the original actors in it. They should have focused on Pike not Kirk or given Deep Space Nine a proper outing
Spock, where the hell's the power you promised?

One damn minute, Admiral
