You both need to calm down or take this off the forum.

Any more aggressive posts and the thread will be locked and warnings will be issued.

Be civil, gentlemen.

I tried being civil it got me no where apart from a few pms telling me he is going to look in to it the next day, then to get a reply I had to chase him again, I have done nothing wrong and if he had just answered my pms with a date they had been posted it would of never had to get this far, but he decided to ignore my pms, all I want is my money back, im not asking for anything any other person would want, if he hadnt requested the money as being sent as a gift I could of opened a paypal dispute and let them of sorted it.

Skyline, I sympathise with your situation, I really do, but you have gone entirely the wrong way about it. You have ignored everything I have said to you. Get a P58 form from the post office.

Once you start making public threats you can pretty much kiss your money goodbye, I'm afraid.

I can't see a refund being freely offered after your altercations with each other, as you said had you gone through ebay or not marked it as a gift you would have been entitled to a full refund, thereby handing over claim responsibility to the seller.

As standard coverage is only up to £32 I think, I'll say you'll be lucky to get £10 from your claim.

If what you say is correct about being hounded for payment and being urged to mark it as a gift and lack of response, wrong info given etc I think you have been fairly hard done by.

I would stress though that diplomacy should always be maintained in these situations, and as I have yet to see any untoward threats you may have made, but having witnessed them from the seller, let's not forget unnecessary name calling on feedback replies I will not be in a rush to trade with their establishment.

Well got another update for you guys

Here is the message I sent yesterday...

Tomorrow will be a month since I sent the £100 payment and so far all Ive had is 6 carded figures, could we please rap this up soon its obvious the package is lost I really need my money back now and want to just forget this transaction ever happened.

Daniel

and here is my pleasant reply to the situation....

right your starting to test my patience here, i have filed in a claim for for royal mail today, if they pay out you'll get it but were not paying out anything till its settled, you have parted with £100 and we have parted with £100 worth of action force figures so at the moment we are both at a loss, and we're not parting with anything this is down to royal
mail.once they settle we will settle simple as! i have already sent you that last of the figures that we had as a goodwill
gesture, but you'll have to wait till royal mail sorts it out.
