mostly, no, because the quality of the images is crap. i've got the GI Joe A-Z thing Marvel did and the pics are of the same shabby standard.

Sundance, so you have Photoshop?
"Smart Blur" can hide a multitude of pixel sins, "Adjust Levels" easily darkens the black and lightens the white in a few seconds.

PSP has Smart Blur I know, not sure where it is, I have a tutorial somewhere - I'll get back to you in a moment.

Meh. Can't find it. In Photoshop it's under the Filter tab, I know PSP has an equivalent.
