Revenge of the Fallen? yes. came out about a month before Joe.

gijoe rise of cobra wasn't that bad story wise but design wise it was almost as horrible as well pandorum was (which sucked worse than revenge of the fallen and daredevil combined) the first thing I said when I saw the trailer for rise of cobra was F@#$ you steven sommers
then I went to see it in the theaters and it was pretty good
