I always have a small giggle to myself when I see the tittle to that "Friends" spin-off series "Joey"...cant stand either, but I don't think the yanks realize what "Joey" means to us (30 something) Brit's.

just told my wife the monkey joke coz she loves monkeys & she totally didnt find it funny. then i realised she thought i said "two monkeys in a bar"
