Sorry but theres another I did'nt rate. I think the Dreadnoks look like some sort of village people act and don't get me started on there vehicles.

Think of them being like a cross between the OCC and Sons of Anarchy but they did deal with Destro before he met up with Cobra Commander as well so he may have built some of their vehicles I know he built the skier Zartan uses

Maybe I'm a bit too military but if they came at me I think I would piss myself laughing before any shots were fired.

I only bothered because they were mostly Aussies, for my 15 a side Rugby Team It makes sense tho, if I was a nasty despot I'd be trying to get the bikey gangs on board. Every bit extra helps when you always get your butt wooped.
