one way to do it is i addied150 of each to my shopping basket and it gave me the same figures as above except for the shad boxed set where it added a max of 20... think this may be a max purchase though as spiderpumpkin gave a higher number which may mean he has insider knowledge

No insider knowledge. Just took a few minutes to add quantities to cart and get an idea of in-stock numbers. If you add more than what they have it always says 20. If you add less than or equal to what they actually have then you can see the inventory.
I'm holding off until the last minute to buy the 3-pack because I don't have the funds right now. Hopefully, they last a few more weeks.

AND THE ORDER IS IN!!!!
I'm just waiting for the amounts to go on my card so that I can confirm the exchange rate we got, before I will PM everyone with initial amounts owed to cover purchase and postage from US to UK.
I've split the postage costs in as fair a way as I can - I worked out your percentage of your item of the total order price (excluding postage), and then applied this as a percentage of the postage. So, if the order was, say $1,000, and of that $100 of it was yours, you will be paying 10% of the postage costs. This was the fairest way I could come up with.
To give an example, for those getting a

set and a

set (both!) it comes in at roughly $17 postage, with the items as $48 & $65 - so that total is going to be around $130. I ran the same figures through as a non member and it was $58 + $75 + $41 shipping (!!!!) - Total $174. So so far someone buying those two sets is $44 better off.
Obviously there will likely be a bit of customs and forward postage to add on, but Customs would have been likely to be a problem anyway, and the onwards postage will be at cost, so we are still seeming to save a good bit (fingers crossed).
For those individuals who were after them - the 12 inch Henchmen were sold out, and I've not been able to order any Big Lobs, as he is still showing as a Pre Order and as such would have shipped seperately, at a cost of $37 plus the cost of the figure - wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much! Sorry!
I'll PM everyone with individual amounts once I know what exchange rate we got (hopefully not too weak with us being a rudderless ship of a country and all....)

I am hoping it won't be too much for just the Q Force set.
