I think it will end up as a no sale.
The buyer can easily back out of that postage cost by trying to get the seller to justify or lower it and then, when the seller fails to do either, filing a complaint with ebay for inflated postage charges. That will give the seller two choices: lower the postage, giving the buyer an absolute bargain, or agree to cancel the sale too.
Of course, if the seller arranges for a high class hooker dressed as Quarrel to hand deliver it on a motorbike then they might just come to some agreement.
