Just found it too. It never mentions his name but as Flagg is a production figure (sort of) and has no mo he sorta works.

Eh? Wasn't your argument was that Munro wasn't a surname?
However, he has no moustache. Retconning FBR Munro Deighton from the fanclub letters as the BAF created character Major Flagg was only ever a BFTB notion.

Yeah I figure that, in regards the BFTB Flagg. At some point I will dig up all the pics of Flagg/commander/boss dudes to see what fits I think. After Bludd of course
