Would I be right in saying that all of the SWS figures had Mountain and Arctic legs? Short boots, pockets on top, and a bit bulkier at the top to make it look like a coat? If so, did any other figures use these legs?
Anybody yet done a "recipe" for these SWS boys?

no, Boffin only has hip pouches. S, L and F do because they're repaints of the M&A figure.
those legs are also used on Doc, Surfer, Phones, Hawkwind and Blast Off, Stakeout and Quickfire.
Boffin's legs look like the ones from Wheels/Infantryman
