sweet. was pulling stuff out of boxes the other night and smashed the light(pretty low roof).
its one of those long lights and the glass went everywhere.
i snuck out and said nothing to avoid the sh*t fit my missus would take.

I would imagine all our significant others are understanding, otherwise we wouldn't be posting here eh?

I'm a natural loner too, spent so many years moving around I stopped bothering to make friends when I discovered that most of them really weren't. Now I settle for a few good mates and my best friend (my wife). But mostly I like solitude.

Marriage is always a compromise, I'm lucky my wife doesn't ask me to compromise that much Kids are a great bonus too, it gives you the opportunity to go to TRU and Movies a lot, and they really dig my hobbies. Primarily The band, Shooting, vintage computers and toys. heh. My wife and I are complete opposites tho. Don't know why it works, it just does.

I'll say this tho. That perfect woman will only appear when you are truly happy with yourself and when you least expect it, i.e. not looking for a relationship. I think Gene Simmonds also said something along those lines. He's an expert, having had thousands of relationships

And yes Stormie looks like Krytie indeed. He needs a horse Steve I keep think "Ghost riders in the sky"...

No seriously, I'm happy with my own company & stopped looking for love years ago..if I ever meet some one special..then great,but hey.

yeah, i think i'm too happy doin my own thing to stand being around a woman for too long atm. plus, dating's expensive.

Ooo - now I like the Darkman comparison. He does look similar doesn't he? After much consideration, and the fact that I already have a huge backlog of stuff to paint, I think I'm going to leave Stormie's flasher mac brown for the time being. Maybe we should run a poll?
