It's very fuzzy but there's also a femaleHopper wrote:And more!
To the right of that figure... what in the name of the Many Miraculous Mutons of Mansfield is that?
Seems that what precisely constituted Space Force was a bit fluid, even hurtling toward the release date. Very interesting.
The prototype

P.S.
Sorry I missed it earlier, Mark, happy anniversary wishes to you & Mrs Chop'

Hasbro own copyrightHopper wrote:This is really exciting stuff. Can we have a thread for just these revelations and tantalising glimpses of what could have been - a Concept Thread or something.
And I know this has been asked before, but who now owns the copyright on the AF figures/vehicles - obviously Mr Brechin owns the drawing, but could he commercially produce a new set of AF stuff from these drawings, and would it be under the AF banner?

Re: Mysterious Space Force Figure
Not that I'm aware of, and without sounding sucky, the incentive is to try and get as many people to come, enjoy, which then helps cover the costs of running the event (which is still yet to happen, so guess whose pocket that comes out of) .Double-Tap wrote:Did anyone record Bobs presentation??
Whilst I understand there are always circumstances that prevent folk from attending, your perspective alters somewhat when the majority of the event is your own work and money after 4 years. I want folk to feel they get something special in return for supporting and making the trip, by putting up video/ audio devalues the experience and makes it less of a 'must get there next year' reason to go.
Genuinely not a pop at anyone, but sadly reading through some threads it does feel what is expected of the show is taken a little for granted at times.
At a time when when I'm working out how much I'm exposed for putting on the show, I'd be dismayed at seeing content hosted without contributing anything back and I want to make the show better and stronger, not go backwards, or worse give it up because the costs to me impact being able to survive.
Again not aimed, but trying to put perspective for everyone

Only just realised there's another 'Ewins' ad from the time.Quickfire wrote:And his nibs features in another - perhaps lost threaded - bit of НОСТАЛГИА from the back of Tiger, 1983.
As per prior discussion, still looks like Brett Ewins, in parts. Different inker?
PS. Hat-tip to BigHatDino.

Does anyone know when/if the book is coming out?Quickfire wrote:Absolutely, hopefully not so far off as he seems to have a draft ready ...Dark Horse wrote:Cannot wait for Bob's book to become available. It's amazing.
