Aye. It'll all heat up when the French put boots on the ground, where ever! Do hope they send the FFL in first that would make the point in record time and upsetting the ruskies as well.

In a book published on Wednesday, 2017 War With Russia, Shirreff argues that the events in Crimea have destroyed the post-cold-war settlement and set the stage for conflict, beginning next year.

In a chilling scenario, he predicts that Russia, in order to escape what it believes to be encirclement by Nato, will seize territory in eastern Ukraine, open up a land corridor to Crimea and invade the Baltic states.

Shirreff, who was deputy supreme allied commander Europe from 2011 to 2014 and before that served in Northern Ireland, Iraq and the Balkans, is risking his reputation by making such a bold prediction. But he claims his narrative is closely modelled on his Nato experience of war-gaming future conflicts.

You know if Trump gets in to the White House this is likely to happen.

Trump and Vlad probably already agreed a fee for mitteleuropa payable in trafficked teenagers, botox and sunbeds.

Kominternovo mid-July. Random Russian tourists (no visa) get a bit edgy after Ukrainian ATGM takes out house close to them along with ammo inside (at very start - rest is just blabla)

Antonov co-pilot gets all triumphalist sweary as RUAF Flanker QRF turns up in response to NATO F16 QRF turning up to police the Antonov. Probably over Baltic.

Anyway, Germany and Russia are masters of Europe now, the fix is in.

Russian SAR team get bounced (again) in Syria. If the SAR Mi-18 (with bells on) wasn't damaged it was a bold move by the pilot to return and see if he had to pick up more injured.

Russian MoD said they used c4 to detonate the downed helo ... with QRF in close proximity... and the ATGM you can see isn't actually there.

Won't see much more of this as CIA already ending support in line with instructions from Lubyanka (Potomac Branch). Incoming Director was black site architect, he will have much work to do at the domestic level in general and in Anglosphere in particular.

PS. As Russia has since lost Palmyra to IS (and US had to bomb all the armour and equipment Russia left behind) might have to find this portent again.

There we go.
