I have removed the dodgy red net from the tower now, does anyone know where I can get a decent sized piece of netting ?

I have tried dressmakers but the stuff they sell is too fine, I have also tried a few fishing shops but still nothing suitable !

string vest ? any suggestions would be most welcome .....

i use d to use one of my mothers old hair nets for making camo netting as a kid, apart from being brown it worked really well, or an old netting bag that you get oranges in might work..

The red stuff was actually rubber, I tried painting it but no joy .... i will put it back on if I cant find anything better. I would have prefered a darker colour, black or brown ?

lego nets would be good, chunky too.. should be able to pick up as many as you need from bricklink... ive got a few im planning to use on something...

I have been looking at bags of oranges etc at the supermarket today, all the netting seems too fine, i could use something chunkier !

lego nets would be good, should be able to pick up as many as you need from bricklink... ive got a few im planning to use on something...

My son has a few of these, I think they are roughly 4 inches square ?

Yeah, about the same size as kraken nets, maybe a bit smaller but nice and chunky...

I hadent considered those but I would imagine the mesh might be too fine and flimsy ?

I dont have a pair at hand so cant check.

Its another possibility tho ! although I may try some of the lego netting first.
