And YA I cant believe it either! its great to have them back and in the GI JOE comic too , its an acknowledgment that they exist in the main GI JOE universe. Which opens the doors to all kinds of posiblities !!

hey maybe this will harold i some mini series,i think country specific minis would be big sellers,and not just in the UK,but russia with the october guard and brazil with the bronze bombers and so on. each with their own villians,such as baron ironblood and who ever the guard fights, a 50 foot drunk boris yeltson maybe, now that would rule. if i knew how id pitch this idea to the publishers,its an idea that would make a solid bank.

ya me too, thats the biggest and saddest thing I think about DDP losing the license and this continuity ending, they finally had GI JOE to a point where you could do just that!!!

Action Force vs the RED SHADOWS

then you could have

The October Guard vs the S.K.A.R. ( GI JOE EXTREMES BADDIES)

THen you could have

THe ARGEN 7 ( Argentina Joe ) I would like to see the RED SHADOWS or SKAR again but you could have the IRON ARMY ( Sgt Savage Villians)

Now Bronze Bombers were never a part of Joe in anyway shape of form though, so I would definaltey so NO to them expecially with all the SUPER cool repaints and exclusives characters that BRAZIL had, some very cool guys in there

yeh i knew there was something from brazil so i took a shot in the dark. but the cross over potential would rock,then some sort of Nato like comic,where members would special mission style stories and you could have references to the other groups to keep continuality going. whos got the licence now? wonder if they would wanna expand the universe.

IDW has it unofficially probally will be an official announcement in July, maybe at the convention

Great to see Action Force FINALLY make an appearace in G.I. Joe:America's Elite after much demand. Unfortunatly the geekgasm I experienced at finally seeing was tempered by the news of DDP losing the Joe liscense. Hell, if Devil's Due still had the property , I could quite easily doing a companion piece to the WW III storyline, with a special or limited series expanding on the various fronts of the war. I'd give my cousin's left nut to see Action Force in full on combat with Alexander Destro and his forces.

ya I had the same exact reaction too, was super pumped to see them but then was deeply saddened by the news of DDP losing it

we do know that DDP did have at least 2 more Special Missions planned that was canned by hasbro. Both of them would have been a part of Special missions with one of them being on the coffin.

and ya you could do 12 issues easily on EACH group, WW III could go on for years ( as it should ) just by telling the stories of everyone

Like you I would have given anything to see ACTION FORCE take on Destro and the Iron Grenadniers,

having Action Man and Big Ben and Lt Stone too with them would have been super cool too

its highly unlikely that IDW will use the RED SHADOWS or ACTION FORCE now though sadly

I wouldnt be suprised though if they reprinted the Marvel UK ACTION FORCE stories though but that will be it for sure

I could see IDW bringing back Action Force especially Ancient Relics the UK Transformers/Action Force cross-over by Simon Furman
