He sent me a text yesterday asking when it was ok to deliver some items. I said today and haven't got a reply yet. I don't know exactly what he was bringing either. Rene, can you tell me what you are expecting from him?
I just wanted two He-Man bits.

OK, cool. Maybe you could drop him another PM? It's been over a week since I kicked his ass so I'm ready to raise the stakes and ban him from the Trade section if possible. I assume it'll be a similar setting to guests not viewing the Members Only sections, and this hidden Elite forum, but within his own account.

I want to ask for your opinion about my situation regarding a forum member. I am only asking for your opinion /advice & in no way am I trying to involve you.
I guess you know I have had a situation going on with "SKYLINE" (Daniel) since December 28th, 2012. that is when I sent him moeny through PAYPAL, as a gift.
I completely accept this was a mistake in judgement on my part & should have done a better job at looking at peoples feedback score. He did send me a refund & it was in my account for almost 1 whole week before it was denied by PAYPAL . I made contact & he promised me to re-refund my money owed - GBP42.00. He has since let me know that he will not have the money to resolve the situation & has asked me if I have a want list. I was greatful for that act of kindness & thought I had completley misjudged him, however he is not going to refund the money - so it was all for not. I am still hopeful he will offer something to me to make up for the GBP 42.00, but I have absolutely no hope of ever seeing the figures I originally purchased from him. Should I receive items from him to the value of GBP 42.00. what kind of feedback should I leave him ? I understand it takes 5 - negative feedback to be banned from the site & he is at a -3 . I am asking for your advice in fairness to the other members on here since he still has a for sale thread on the forum. I am going to wait until I have given up all hope & then I will look into pressing charges against him for international mail fraud. I dont know what good that will do, but I have no belief he ever sent the original figures to me. I have been buying items through here & on eBay U.K. & I have never gotten a package lost in over 2 & a half years. Thank you for your consideration & reply

I've traded with NV before and he's a gent.
Don't understand how he sent money but then took it back??
Don't use Paypal much so not sure how you can do that.
Note to self-spend Paypal cash asap.

I've sent skyline a PM, waiting for his response.
I think I can make it so that anybody who gets 5 negative feedbacks can be banned from the Trade forum, but not the whole forum. That way at least members can still be contacted if needs be.

I guess he has his paypal linked via bank transfer rather than card, you get any payment instantly but it takes a few days to come out of his bank account meaning the bank can still decline it and paypal will take it off you.
