the torso is a new sculpt that was said at the con and IIRC, Jamar was blathering on about it.

Well I have heard back from the guy; he has said either get in touch with the Club for a replacement or send it back to him and he will do it for me. I think it will have to be the latter as I doubt they will replace a used figure bought on the secondary market.

You could always buy a Hasbro Gi Joe Action Man figure from that Tiger Force set that was released in the US, some years back, those are the same or nearly the same as Natalie's arms, nearly the same skin tone too.
