But that one doesn't have the silencer? Looks to be a third variant.

The bit on the end is a flash suppressor, all the Phones ones I've seen are the second variant.

Took a couple of close up pics back and front. This is definitely a genuine rifle and not a repro as it is the same material and has the same translucency as the one without a silencer/muzzle.

I think I have it worked out. I'd bet my left ball that the muzzles were cut off at the factory before packing for some odd reason. Maybe to make them look less like an Soviet firearm. Now, we are already up to speed on the Friday arvo specials, so they were either cut at the wrong spot (shy of the flash suppressor), or some got missed all together. Seems logical to me.

So, Steve, get your pants on and start scouring ebay.
