I just printed off a sticker for the Postman Pat car .... might do the same again although the edges would probably show, that wasnt a problem on the White car because the logo was on a triangular red background.

the stencil idea may be a possibility tho Bill :)

Could TKW perhaps enlarge one of his waterslide decals?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

edit ... the black part of the bonnet is 6 1/2 cm (65mm) so that guess of 4cm (40mm) would be about right I think.
