Carol Ferris was the boss/love interest of Hal Jordan, but then she got a sapphire (from the Zamarons) that gave her powers similar to a GL ring. However, when using the gem, she's overtaken by her evil Star Sapphire personality. (It's just me, or early Green Lantern comics played a lot with the mind? Both Star Sapphire and Dr Polaris had split personalities, Hal wiped people's memories, and his own memories were wiped each time he time-traveled to become Pol Manning)

NEW VILLAIN ACQUIRED!
Rubberneck was a Plastic Man enemy who appeared in a single story that I have never read and nobody remembers (not even the wikis!). He later appeared in the Brave and the Bold animated series as Kite-Man's henchman and was released as a figure.

He looks fierce.

He has to be, TKW, as he's an enforcer (I guess).

Green Man (a former Green Lantern who, after losing his ring, joined the Omega Men and died during a Durlan attack), Stargirl (successor of both Star-Spangled Kid and Starman) and a Qwardian (antimatter counterparts of the Oans, and creators of Sinestro's yellow ring)

Arkkis Chummuck, a Green Lantern who despite not being from Earth, kind of looks like Earthlings. I must admit I don't know too much about the characters besides some cameos in animation.

Aquagirl, an original animated character who is Aquaman's daughter in the future. I'll use her as Aquaman's daughter in the present.
Artemis, the daughter of Sportsmaster and Tigress, who took her mother's place in the Injustice Society.
Bat-Mite, a 5th Dimension inhabitant who admires Batman.
Vandal Savage, an immortal caveman villain.
