nope, i mean Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, he may be English but he was putting on a really fake over-the-top English accent to keep American audiences happy.
this is how he normally sounds, sounds like a London accent!

the pronounciation of some of the words in ROC was just ridiculous!

Ooops i seem to have stirred up a hornets nest, and in a way i intended too. My point about an 80's feel movie was what had been attempted with Starsky & Hutch, although the film fails the 80's feel does work and with an A-Team film in production, another 80's feel film set in the present day will again try. I think the simplest way the film could've remained faithfull would've been to have the characters appear in their regular uniforms, and have them adapted over the length of the film and its sequel(which i think would of been a certainty if it remained more faithfull). If the makers could have dressed Duke like the Sideshow Duke would we all be happy with that?

Hum... now I see we were losing the point... well, about the costumes, I'd say :baroness: , and :storm: wore costumes pretty reminiscent to the classic ones, and in the case of :destro: and :zartan: their different wardrobe selection was due to their role in the plot (though if I see a classic :destro: design in the future, I hope it to be the Iron Grenadier one, not the original one). Where I can't get it is on the rest of the Joes: the trend to change costume designs for films is due to the original designs being too unrealistic, but these guys had military fatigues as their costumes, so why change them for less realistic outfits?

well, there's a simple reason for having them wear new outfits and wear multiple outfits in the film: to sell more toys.

i didn't have a problem with the reactive impact armour suits as they just looked to me like a sleeker version of current body armour, and given the film's near-future scenario, they seemed plausible.
