You mean the two pictures you already posted?
They're still by The Kraken Wakes. I doubt he classes them as customs though.

Kind of what I was thinking about in this thread - can you cross some of the later figures over with minimal modification, name, even character included?
Otherwise - splash on the red/black/green/blue'n'yellow as necessary. And re-write those filecards. With extreme prejudice.

Well, it boils down to whether you judge by existing colour scheme and/or filecard data, as has been said. No doubt Palitoy would have continued to produce variant editions of the Hasbro moulds so the possibilities are pretty much endless!

Really, the best plan is to convince them there is a viable market for a new Red Shadow range IMO. We looked into producing a set ourselves and the prices involved were just stupid. Hasbro already have the production and promotion capabilities to hand, I strongly feel that anything we do as independent agents could hinder any prospective negotiations.
