Problem resolved. In fact, site improved as a result! Users no longer need to download and install the fonts in order for the pages to display correctly.

Please could you all confirm that the logo fonts are visible on these two pages? I have tested using IE and Firefox on Vista, and have had a cofirmation from a Vista AOL user:

Please be sure to uninstall the fonts from your PC first, or the test will be invalid.

Confirmed both work fine on a Mac (Snow Leopard) too with both fonts (temporarily) removed from system.

Looking good in Firefox under XP, Baz. Better actually.

was this all sorted from the online messages or did you have to contact them by email Baron? i only ask as i will need to get on to them to sort mine as its still the same i did send a report but that may not have been enough

I did two hours of livechat with their tech support guy. Took me ages to ascertain that he was using a Linux system and therefore could not see the fault! He was spot on and patiently showed me a better way of using fonts, ie hosting them myself and using my stylesheet as opposed to requesting users to download and install them.

PM me what you need, mate. I can probably show you what they showed me. The futrsten font I was using contained a bug so they very kindly provided me with a fixed version.
