Honestly thought Robert Cralyle was English.
As for Chris Eccleston, he was born further up the country than Camden so he counts

Robert Carlyle's character in TWINE wasn't even English. he was some eastern european nutter. and, unlike Connery, Carlyle actually managed a non-Scots accent in the part...
