Ok it seems I didn't read the blurb correctly here is the actual story Duke's Able Team and the Joes have been sent to San Sebastiao to find out who is selling arms to both sides in the country's civil war so far the book is pretty good 66 pages in.
The only things I don't like are the use of shortened down names like Rip and Heavy D which would surely be open to misinterpretation out in the field and also the re-write of Cover Girl who is now Hawk's aide-de-camp not a heavy vehicle operator.
