Annie, I feel for ya, we get some right thick-ho customers comeng in to the shop I work for..more so that've moved the local post office closer to us, they come in to buy a single envelope, ask if they can "borrow" a pen, always taking a brand new one off the shelf..& then spend the next 30 min's taking up the whole counter to fill in one damn form or another, asking for correct spellings !
Not to mention the bad language..right scum some of 'em are, the Post office has introduced this fab new system..you take a numbered ticket & wait an hour to be served, so the local dole dossers/whino's stand out side our shop (we're half way between the postie & the Offie) shouting @ each other "Has me F*@cking Number come up yet!"
Then we get the people who come in asking "Can I have a bit of sellotape?" & procede to take half the roll to wrap the e-bay parcels up...the managers put a stop to that by requesting a "small" donation to the charity box, you should see the tight assed bastards run
