i've just got my hands on Red Laser figure but theres quite a bit of paint missing so i thought i'd start with that, having thought about it i've many other figures that i can also work with after this one, im not the most creative person so im still not sure what way to go with the design think it will be a bit of trial and error...

could anybody recommend some decent brushes you actually use yourself as i got some cheapies off ebay but the hairs are coming out when painting and its very annoying or is this a common occurence?

I`ve got the smallest brush from Games Workshop, you get what you pay for regarding quality.
Then again I find them a bit too large for finer details like logo`s ,then peolpe say they use a pin, genius!!

For small details like eyeballs & badges on games minatures,I used to use technical drawing pens..oh a a steady hand.
