Deadline is 2am Sunday for us (I think assuming we are 8 hours ahead). The Red Shadow desert warrior made it to the front page at Hisstank, and hopefully Grotesque should have a shot at doing well. If so *(and with something that should be of great interest to AF and Joe fans alike) then the legend of the Red Shadows should continue to have a high profile!!

Can I have a link to the Desert Warrior, please? Or have we already seen it?

Grotesque
Karl Novak was born to Polish immigrant parents in New York city, and spent most of his childhood in poverty. Life took a positive turn for Novak when his extraordinary aptitude for science meant that he was given a scholarship to the top technical institutes in the US.
Karl Novak was the perfect recruit for the US Army Scientific Corps, and he was the youngest scientist to ever lead a development team. Novak's greatest acheivement was the development of a matter transporter that could transmit equipment from one location to another.
Novak was seduced by the promise of power and unlimited funding by Baron Ironblood who gradually convinced him to develop a possible matter transporter that would work on humans. But Novak soon realised the monster that Ironblood was - a terrorist who ordered the destruction of countless lives across the world.
Novak wanted to escape, but Ironblood caught him. As a sick punishment, Ironblood threw Novak into the transporter and tested the machine on it's creator. The person that entered the transporter was not the thing that came out. Novak emerged as a twisted parody of human form, his arms and legs and features jumbled, his body twisted. Novak's mind snapped too - the despair he felt during his childhood now remembered and turned to hatred.
Grotesque was born - Ironblood's Chief Scientist and his special interrogator...
Claim to Fame...
"Special Forces agents are trained to resist the psychological and physical torture that enemies are often expected to put them under, but noone can prepare them for Grotesque... His transporter is still active, but it still is flawed. He calls it 'The Mangler', and given the choice between talking or ending up just like Grotesque everyone talks when they see Grotesque, before he's even uttered a word..."
