So not only do you have awards but you appear to be famous enough in the horticultural world to pick them up on someones behalf??

Ah, don't you just love "*Insert name of small town here* in Bloom" contests.

I always chuckle away to myself when it's Barnsley in Bloom, as I stroll around on my lunch break - not sure if it's just me but the cemetary always seems somewhat lacking in flowers that week!

My A Level English teacher always warned us not to go to Barnsley or we'd get glassed...

I did go on a night out there once and it was just like Rotherham, I wasnt allowed in 3/4 of the pubs cos I was wearing "pumps" or trainers...

That's a fair summation of it by your A Level teacher! Although I dont think it's quite as guaranteed as that - it's not like they glass you as you step off the train at the station - "Welcome to Barnsley - smash!". I think these days they at least wait until you've spilled their pint/looked at their lass/sat in their seat. That's progress for you! (it's not really THAT bad, just a bit 1980's. Maybe I should go in their toy shops????).

Rotherham is actually a lot worse I think - they still seem to enforce the "no trainers" rule quite strictly. Leading to several "it's not the 90's anymore" rants on my part over the years. So I just stick to Sheffield these days!

Sorry Annie - thread totally hijacked by me and Kraken!

Getting a little bit back on topic I got a carded Muton today it was great seeing one of the old figures in it's cardback it took me back to when I first got Black Major for Christmas years ago. Then I opened up the card assembled the Muton and cut out it's filecard to add to my collection am I guaranteed a place in hell for doing that?

Your feet should be getting warm as we speak - the floor is opening, and the hounds of hell are barking in anticipation of your arrival....

Relax, it's only a Muton. Confess to the pastor, do a few prayers and your soul should be saved! ;)

Just like AnnieM's Battletank, the Muton is unstoppable. That cardback wouldn't have held him long.
