No , not flagg , and hes on the double page spread of ATTACK not for sure what chapter but like 5,6, or 7 one of the ones that SHOULD be part of BLOODHOUND

Wasn't there a variant of this chap, with a gold band around his hat? Would he be considered a totally different character, the way Red Vulture is different from the other Shads, even though outwardly the only difference is the gloves? Or was the gold version one of the 1982 line-up?
