I just took a piece of A.F into the model shop of which colour I wanted, and the shopkeeper kindly
pointed out the best match.
Not sure what sm stands for, I`ll look into it.
Don`t know of any tricks really, just stir it well with a cocktail stick.
The Tamiya acrilic paints work well too.
I`ve just picked up a Tamiya XF-7 flat red today , so I`ll try that out and see what comes out.

love the gregs bag in the background of that photo
even red shadows have a weakness for a warm steak bake lol

The Shadow has been busy in the spray-shop, seems to like the colour

This is the "flat red" from Tamiya, should lose a bit of the gloss when it dries more.

Another bonus or two with these Tamiya paints, they are water soluble,so less fussy cleaning with turps
and the best bit is they don`t need thinning down for the airbrush, Fantastic!!

looks even better now its dried!
The bunker, put two together to make a pill box like feature,
and put some cammo leaves on it (available in hobbycraft)
You could go with the good guys instead and go green.

some good ideas there
thanks
i do have two but the one i wanted to customize seems the two pegs that hold the guns in have snapped
the other one is mint
i realy want to do it in red shadows colour
the cammo leaves idea was good
im building up a army to make a display/diorama
always wanted to make a diorama but never knew were to start
need to come up with some ideas for a base to put them on

Dioramas are cool, I just haven`t any space to put them

Your bunker should have its own base to make it portable though, so you could
interchange it with different features, that way you could make lots of
other scenes.
I do have a few bunker parts about the stores somewhere if you need some,
Thinking about it you would have to go Cobra ,with the logo`s moulded on the sides, unless
A.F stormed it and took over

Still needs another coat of red, but this "flat red" is coming out nice now, shame it goes so fast!
